Baked Tilapia Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon garlic salt, depending on taste
  • ¼ – 1/2 teaspoon – Your choice of seafood seasoning
  • 1 Sliced Lemon
  • 16 ounces of a Broccoli, Cauliflower, and red pepper mixture. Slice vegetables large.
  • Salt and Pepper – To Taste

Directions

  1. Grease a baking dish and pre-heat your oven to 375 F.
  2. Place fish in the baking dish. Add Butter, Salt/Pepper, and Seafood Seasoning
  3. Top each piece of fish with multiple slices of Lemon
  4. Add fresh vegetables evenly across the dish
  5. Cover dish with aluminum foil
  6. Bake in pre-heated oven until the fish flakes easily and vegetables are soft. Normally 25-30 Minutes
