Pan-seared tilapia brings out the rich and savory flavors of this versatile fish. In this cooking method, tilapia fillets are seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, then carefully seared in a hot pan with a touch of oil to achieve a golden-brown crust. The high heat ensures that the outer layer becomes crispy while maintaining the fish’s tender and flaky interior. The result is a dish that is not only visually appealing but also boasts a delightful contrast in textures. Pan-searing tilapia allows for endless creativity, as the choice of herbs and seasonings can vary widely, ranging from zesty lemon and garlic to aromatic Mediterranean blends.
